Rates:

As of March 27, 2023 through approx Oct-Dec 2025, our marina has no water while they fix the dam on McQueeney, but if you would like to be put on the waiting list for either a boat slip, jet ski slip or yearly ramp please don’t hesitate to send a email @ krisbostow@yahoo.com or a text to 210-394-7098.  Thank you and look forward to seeing everyone at the end of 2025. BOAT LIFT RENTAL
Lift rental contracts include Ski locker storage (approx. 9×9), Restroom, Deck over-Patio/Sky Lounge, Water, boat ramp for easy access to your slips and Electricity.

  • Contract $ per month (12 month slip rental)   

Slip renters have access to boat launch with approval only (call for access) – (non-transferable/non- sharing)

The lifts can hold up to a 25ft boat.  All lifts are capable to lift 7,500 lbs.  All lifts are compounded

In order to secure the same slip rented, please notify us two weeks before end date of contract to continue.

Additional options for rent:

  • Boat launch yearly membership (non-transferable/non-sharing)
  • Rules of boat launch, you must park rig and trailer on our property, not responsible for getting towed away or ticketed if parked on county roadsides.
  • Also, the renter of launch will be monitored by camera and locking device.  (Non-transferable or shared by other parties. Contract will be terminated/ You will be locked out)
  • As of now Laguna Marina is in the restricted zone, and you will need to get a permit from GBRA before we can get you into a slip.  email Krisbostow@yahoo.com and we will email you the permit) You will also need boaters insurance and boat registration card to get a permit from GBRA. Your permit is good as long as your boaters insurance is good, once you need to renew your boaters insurance you will need to reapply for a GBRA permit.  Usually takes GBRA 1 week to approve or get ahold of you with any questions they may have.
